At SIZZ the brand, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
